Meet the MFB Family

James C. Berryhill

I joined the Bank in 1992, and now serve as executive vice president, treasurer, secretary and chief financial officer. I also serve as chairman of the board of the Bank’s subsidiary title company, Northern Colorado Title Services Co., Inc. Previously, I worked for four years as an auditor with the public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, and spent an additional year in the accounting and finance group of Solbourne Computer, Inc., a computer hardware manufacturer. I served four years as an advisory board member to FPS Gold, the Bank’s data service provider. I am also past president of the Morgan County Economic Development Corporation, past chairman of the Fort Morgan Airport Advisory Committee and past president of the board of trustees of the Fort Morgan Public Library. In addition, I recently served as a director on the state board of the Colorado Mountain Club. I enjoy mountain climbing, backpacking, camping, cycling and traveling.
